Lodging

Central Reservations offers a large selection of local, privately owned cabins for rent in and around Mazama.  Options range from small and rustic to spacious and modern.

Mazama Country Inn is located in Mazama within walking distance of the reception location.  Besides rooms at the Inn, they also rent a lot of privately owned cabins in the area (their inventory partially overlaps with Central Reservations).  We believe the inn may be booked by another private party for part of the weekend, but cabins should still be available.

Freestone Inn is a great local inn highly recommended by our friends.  It is located about 2 miles outside of Mazama.  The inn also rents several small cabins nearby.

River Run Inn overlooks the Methow River on the west side of Winthrop, about 14 miles from Mazama.  We actually considered having the reception here in their "backyard" next to the river.

Mt Gardner Inn offers nice rooms and pretty views just past the center of Winthrop, about 14.5 miles from Mazama.

A variety of other options are listed here.

Dining

The Mazama Store is walking distance from the Ranch House with great baked goods for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch.

The Old School House Brewery in Winthrop has great beer brewed on-site and good bar food.  Definitely worth a visit for a beer and a bite to eat.

The Rocking Horse Bakery in Winthrop has delicious baked goods for breakfast.

East 20 Pizza is about 20 minutes from Mazama on the south side of Winthrop.

Tappi in Twisp, about 30 minutes from Mazama, offers tasty Italian food cooked in their wood-fired oven.

Twisp River Pub has varied menu and brews their own beer.

The Arrowleaf Bistro in Winthrop has a delicious, ever-changing menu of locally-sourced dishes.

The Mazama Country Inn is across the road from the Ranch House.  Their restaurant serves dinner, but it is always best to call ahead to ensure they are open.
